About The Role:
- Reporting to the Senior Partnership Development Manager, the Partnership Development Associate is responsible for outreaching to, establishing and management new beauty brand relationships. You will work to ensure the on time fulfillment of products for all beauty box requirements (e.g Glossybox), in line with set themes and overall budgets. You will also manage feedback communication with brand partners in order to develop relationships for future initiatives and collaborations.
Responsibilities Will Include:
- Product sourcing from current & new partners
- Partnership management including outreach to new partners, management of current relationships & external reporting on projects and providing feedback to partners
- Working alongside the wider marketing team to ensure all objectives are met in product sourcing

About The Role:
- Working closely with the trading team to help plan online activities and campaigns
- Working closely with the commercial marketing team to ensure all brand agreed activity is set live accordingly and brand pages are kept up-to-date
- Updating website with current activity to drive improvements in AOV and conversion
- Working closely with Campaign Manager to ensure all necessary creative assets for site are ready for use
- Help with building email campaigns where necessary
- Competitor offer and pricing review inline with our own current trading plans

About The Role:
- Reporting to the Affiliate Marketing Manager, the Influencer Associate is responsible for developing, nurturing and growing our influencer relationships with tracked ROI across the US territory.
Responsibilities Will Include:
- Development and implementation of a localised influencer marketing strategy to goals set at target ROI
- Prioritising new customer acquisition
- Regular performance reports monitoring progress across channel
- Ensuring optimal marketing coverage, leveraging trading events to amplify campaigns
- Identify and drive new and innovative ways to drive traffic to the sites as well as developing and improving traffic from existing sources
- Onboarding new influencers to meet quarterly targets set, whether organic or paid
- Focus on brand awareness building activations through influencer network
- Undertake competitor analysis to identify any advantages

About The Role:
- Reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing, the Social Media Associate is responsible for developing and implementing social media strategy across the US beauty sites.
Responsibilities Will Include:
- Development and implementation of a localized communications strategy through social media platforms
- Creating interactive campaigns with high quality content, both image and copy based, to engage the target audience
- Improving social media presence of each of the brands with a focus on follower numbers and platform presence
- Identify new and innovative ways of capturing new audiences and expanding reach
- Driving brand awareness and defining brand identity with effective use of content in line with brand's guidelines
- Working in partnership with the Commercial Marketing team to deliver promised brand activity
- Monitor, listen and respond to users, driving engagement and authenticity of voice

The GLOSSYBOX Business Development/Sales Manager is a glossy go-getter, confident, business savvy and charming. He/she can build relationships with ease and loves a good challenge - “I can’t” is not part of his/her vocabulary. As a Business Development/Sales Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing exceptional products that excite our customers while building and maintain relationships with luxury beauty brands. You know how to convey brand value and sell an idea/service/product in an appealing way. Excellent people skills and confidence are vital for success in this role.
- Ensure a steady of high-quality beauty products as a key member of the Business Development team by reaching individual sales targets
- Establish, prioritize and execute department's monthly/quarterly/annual plan in conjunction with the Business Development team, ensuring the department achieves agreed upon brand/product acquisition and retention goals
- Oversee creation of tailored, compelling and innovative partnership presentations for brand partners
- Ensure a first-rate brand feedback process in conjunction with the Marketing department
- Support the Head of Business Development in developing and implementing strategic brand-building partnership campaigns
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum educational requirements: BA/BS
- 2 - 3 years of Sales or Business Development experience, preferably with leading beauty brands
- Outstanding sales and relationship building skills
- You are not afraid of cold calling
- High energy with excellent communication skills - you are able to charm people off their feet
- Passion for beauty and the latest trends in the luxury category
- Motivated self-starter, detail oriented and organized
